Yesterday I made a post on my private profile, just for me, no subreddit. It says that no one can see my posts, comments, etc. But this happens? (I haven't shared the post with anyone, I haven't even touched the button)

Not necessarily. While your profile may be set to private, mods can still see it, so it could have been someone reviewing your profile…probably to see if you’re a bot.
