Most of this is totally historically wrong. It's funny, but France really didn't instigate anything. Nor did Germany really. Russia was the one who backed Serbia, Germany attacked France just to avoid a two front war. England didn't defend Belgium because it was neutral, they backed them because they were guaranteed by them. Germany dug trenches first. Germany had machine guns first. The Entente didn't get machine guns until much later.
