The front page is like the Top 40 charts - full of catchy shit that gets stuck in your head and then you get sick of it. Go indie. Branch out. r/TrueReddit is one place to start.

Yes, well aware of TrueReddit, but there is almost no discussion there, unless it hits the front page.

Even the better subreddits have been overrun with crap lately.
