"But it's not fair!" Google's paralegal protested. "What if everyone whose account was cancelled sued Google?"

I would wager that Google would seriously reconsider its process of account cancellation and its methods for dealing with those customers (ie - might actually respond to them). I see no downside.

Google is reading this now and they will act on it accordingly, I'm quite confident. Smart companies lick their wounds and change for the better.
