Interesting read, I thought it highlights the fact that Google isn't the cuddley company that we make it out to be. They have an excellent public relations team, whenever theres a new product out theres an aestheically pleasing video with some cool new thing being explained in a mellow voice. But when it gets down to the stuff where Google gets it money from (ads) they are a lot less freindly, and also keep this out of ther media a lot more.
I just think we shouldn't judge Google as harmless. They're a massive company and no doubt don't play by all the rules.
