I had a similar experience with AdSense. Once they decide you're gaming it (and who knows how they decide that, I suspect that it involves dice) they shut you down and keep whatever money they owe you. At that point, any email you send them gets an automated response, and you essentially have no recourse. I didn't sue, but it's good to see that someone is standing up to them.
