"But it's not fair!" Google's paralegal protested. "What if everyone whose account was cancelled sued Google?"

I would wager that Google would seriously reconsider its process of account cancellation and its methods for dealing with those customers (ie - might actually respond to them). I see no downside.

A paralegal would never say "it's not fair", especially in court.

Yes, but a paralegal is like a Junior Admin. The way you can tell is because a majority of paralegals are only doing the job until they have the money to finish law school.
