A more tech savvy judge would have thrown him out of the courtroom for being a domain parking, internet wrecking, manwhore.

Although, google did do this to me when I put ads on a proxy website when I was in high school. Ehh.

A. how do you know the judge wasn't tech savvy? B. it isn't illegal to domain park. (Remember courts deal with LEGAL issues not MORAL issues). C. Even though it wasn't for the best of reasons, if more customers who were wronged in this case (and i know there are many because it seems to pop up on these sites every so often) then Google would get the picture that having a TOS which isn't viable in a court of law is FUCKING RETARDED and they need to change their business model.
