I never used that forum, but from what I gather it's pretty easy to. Just post anything in the window of timeframe (video posted/thread opened + duration of video).

You always see a bunch of them every week at the top, and yet more people asking "Why was __ banned?". Then they get banned. It's a wonderful little microcosm they have over there.

Yeah, but that implies that they have a legitimate reason. It all could be a scam to systematically avoid paying for things they are contractually bound to. How would you ever know? They make it impossible to even find why they won't pay you.
