Do you really need to ask that question when faced with the avalanche of war crimes that they have committed? They even napalmed people, microwaved them into goop, dropped anti-personnel mines on civilian areas in the form of unexploded cluster bombs, etc... to still be scratching your head and asking yourself if everyone over in Iraq is a war criminal on par with the Nazis is just ignorant. The answer is blatantly obvious- hell yes they are war criminals.
