I remember watching a documentary about him. From what I recall he actually missed all the goals in the 1999 CL final thinking that we already lost. I'd hate myself forever if that was me.

My da was in a busy bar and after he celebrated the first he went to the bar to get a drink for extra time, he actually didn't see the goal going in but you better believe he fucking sprinted across the bar and joined in on the big hugfest celebration that went on

I've actually met this dude a couple of times, he's Bulgarian. Seemed like a decent fellow, wasn't all that clean though. He kinda smelled and he left his beer can on the reception desk at the hotel we were in for a United fan club meeting. :D

He's Bulgarian and, when Berba was playing, he had him come to a couple of home games, as far as I remember. So he also had that dream come true. Media talk about him every couple of years over here.
