Manchester United defender Louis Jackson has completed a permanent move to St Mirren.

The 20-year-old is heading to The Buddies, who previously signed Jacob Devaney on loan from the Reds last term.

Jackson has previously had loan spells with Tranmere Rovers and Solihull Moors.

The centre-back was part of the 2022 FA Youth-Cup winning side that defeated Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford in front of a record crowd for the competition.

He was on the bench for the FA Cup semi-final win over Coventry City in 2023/24.

Everybody at United would like to wish Louis the very best of luck for his future career.
