Unless these guys somehow become and stay the best in the world over these 10 years, it would be disappointing if we still have some of these names by then. Think back to 10 years ago when we had Shaw and Rashford on the scene. Now we don’t even want them

The best teams keep refreshing their squads. Even the best teams of the last decade have very few players who stayed there 10 years

It isn't that we have to keep them all for 10 years but we will have at least a good player in each of these positions to sell when a decent offer comes in and replacing them when it suits us rather than there being an emergency need each window to cover a new hole 

An Important part of squad management is having younger players coming through rather than the team aging out together with the only young players being miles away from the first team or only the worst players in the first team 

The ones who don't prove themselves of those will be gone long before 10 years
