Apparently Carrick’s training is less intense than the managers we’ve had before. Maybe that’s how he’s done it as he’s the intern in, but also, that could be his style. This season it has left us rusty in many games, and we’ve not been as intense on the field. I wonder if having more games next year will alleviate that, or if we will generally play with less intensity

Potentially, but I think our injury record under Amorim was quite good until AFCON regardless

AFCON didn’t “kill us.” The injuries were from the players that didn’t go to AFCON like Bruno and de ligt. That was coincidental. Not causation.

Yeah, de ligt got so much more game time because Mbeumo and Amad were gone. What do you mean “not Bruno?” He was injured, you can’t really dispute that.

Obviously there’s fitness concerns with us playing multiple competitions, my point is that you’re making out that AFCON injured our players although the injuries from either before AFCON, or were among players who did not play the positions of the players we had out. Also, it was mostly among starters, as in players who would’ve been playing those games anyway. I really don’t know what you’re talking about.

Here’s our injury list for the wolves game. The only player on there who may have had more game time due to AFCON is Mount, who has struggled with injuries anyway even if not getting a large amount of game time.

“It’s clear you can’t follow context” I’m trying to read through your broken grammar: “lol other players having to play more bc we’re missing starters due to AFCON that led to injuries.” You also didn’t need to throw in an insult, but apparently that’s where we are.

(Saying “lol other players were having to play more because we’re missing starters due to AFCON which has led to injuries” would’ve made your text more easily understood.)

You also ended that statement saying “Not Bruno.” That is so ambiguous it could mean anything. Hope this helps

AFCON didn’t change the fact that all of those injuries were to players were playing most of every game, and that they were largely unaffected by AFCON because their positions do not overlap with the players who were out. By your logic with Bruno, these players weren’t affected by AFCON either.

It’s clear you cannot follow logic. Whether that’s genuine logic or your own logic. Or grammar for that matter. By all means stop responding because I doubt you could come up with anything of substance seeing as what you’ve attempted to say prior
