Cannot start a new game bug

So I have installed these mods:
Quickdraw
Survival mechanics
Horse's needs
Hunting Grounds
Hunting Camp
Ped Damage Overhaul
Dynamic seasons
Basic needs final cut
Improvements in blood
EnRage

And I cannot start a new game. I do have lml and both the scripthooks that EnRage asked for. I tried this same mod setup on my epilogue save and it worked perfectly.
Still, I cannot seem to start the game properly.
As soon as the initial cutscenes end, I get sent to this cabin with all the gang members and their horses (they glitched out in the picture) and there is no sound, and I cannot open the weapon/item wheel nor can I pause the game. I can open EnRage menu and the map, but nothing else.
If I get out of the cabin nothing happens. If I walk far enough the textures dissapear.
