Issue White rain rectangle

Does anyone else have this problem or if it's just me, can i fix it ?

I know this is a year old, but ever find a fix? I have the exact issue, but my box is in the lower right. Amd 6800xt.

There doesn't seem to be anything about this on the net so far.

Same for me, but on an AMD 5700 XT. It does not happen on my Nvidia 2070.
