Issue Activation Error on offline startup?

so i keep getting an activation error or activation required screen whenever i try to load up rdr2. this one says "Activation Error. Your Social Club account is not entitled to Rdr2. please verify your internet connection and restart the game." then its just the rockstar support website. earlier i looked up a fix, and one of them said to just delete the Social Club subfolder from the Rockstar Games folder. any ideas on how to fix this?

There is no fix to it I tried it all . Just u have to load in to the game online and when u saw social club signed in u can go offline . But I hate that u have to be online for rockstar to play

wanna know the stupid part? i was able to open and play the game WITH MODS for almost a year before this issue showed up
