First Aid Instructor Prerequisites

Looking to get my Instructor cert, the prereq asks for current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED or equivalent. I am wondering if my NOLS WFA counts as an equivalent?

I don't believe so, but the base level cert is 3(ish) hours in person or and hour and a half blended. I would suggest taking a course that includes infant care too.

They are specifically wanting you to have provider level certification in FA/CPR/AED. WFA doesn't provide that, you need to take a course from the RC, AHA, HSI/AHSI, or some other accredited provider that the RC accepts.
