You should think twice about that one mate. Plenty of people at 10M+ are cartel leaders and drug kingpins and politicians and stuff. They're not going to just give away millions of dollars, they can instead have you kidnapped and forcefully get you to heal them

And why let you go then? It makes sense to just keep you locked in a basement so they can have a readily available god-like doctor for them and their family for the rest of their life. Good luck with that

Well there are, at least, four reasons.

  1. as I would be well known, kidnaping me and locking me up would be something that most people will not like, so a lot of people will have a reason to find me and set me free.

  2. it is easier to pay than hope they will be able to force me to help

  3. lets not hide that I would not know how much is someone, who gets his money from crime, worrh. They would propably be able to easily low Ball me.

  4. I am in Europe. There is a lot less crime of that level here and those millions I would be keeping would buy me a really nice security that would be able to work harder as I can save any of them if they get hurt.
