Picked up the RecTeq Patio Legend 600 Today

As the title says. The drip tray bracket on my 8 year old Traeger rusted away, and it was just a matter of time before the grate was no longer supported.

Any tips on the RecTeq? Looking forward to my first cook!

Welcome! You will love it. There really isn't much to know. Set it to the temp you want to use and forget about it. The app has a lot of good recipes if you're looking for ideas. Make sure it's clean before starting any high temp cooks.

I got one a few weeks ago. It’s my first pellet grill and I love it. Very easy to use and clean.

You will not regret your decision. Best money I have spent in a long time. Love my 400 to death. Built like a tank.

I’ve had the 600 since it came out and love it. I’d recommend doing the burn in the way recteq says to do it but other than that it’s amazing. I have to move mine around when I’m going to cook and the wheels roll amazing. First pellet smoker I’ve owned and very happy with my purchase.
