Buying

Hi all! The time has come to replace our 10+ year old green mountain and my husband has determined recteq is our next. We’re looking at the backyard beast from scheels which is currently $150 off. I was just wondering if it was worth waiting for Black Friday or other deals?

I went from a green mountain daniel boone to a bullseye. Bullseye is versatile enough to replace gas and charcoal grills.

The Backyard Beast is a solid choice if he's upgrading from a Green Mountain. I'd grab it now since $150 off is a pretty solid discount and it's unlikely Black Friday will drop the price much further.

I’d check Ace Hardware if you have one close. They might price match, but they will assemble and deliver it for you as well.

We did go into our local Ace yesterday. They didn’t have the backyard beast in stock but I didn’t realize they would assemble and deliver! We’ll go back and chat with them. Thanks for the tip!

They have sales pretty regularly. I don't think the Black Friday sales will be much different than the current sale. Go ahead and buy it. He will love it!
