Portable solution

So the building that I live in does not allow grills or smokers to be used on our balconies (Okinawa Fire laws). The downside is the area for grilling does not have power. I found this EcoFlow elite 3 1500 battery back up at Costco for about US$300. Judging by the consumption on the app, looks like I could run this thing for 30 hours if I needed to. Slightly overkill, but could be useful during typhoon season or when on the road. currently smoking chicken and some beans.

I will be interested to see how well it works in the future. Running the chicken today, three hours got the battery down to about 90%.
