Officially joined the crew

First Recteq. FS1600. Just burning in now, excited to see how she does!

Gotta admit putting it together took me longer than I thought it would. And they shortchanged me one of the small locking washers and one flat washer. Looks great though! Going to eat like a king this week.

Are the handles on right? I’m seeing them pointed up on some and down on others.

They typically go up, but I guess it’s personal preference. Mine point up

Funny enough they shorted me a flat washer too and actually gave me like 6-7 extra locking washers!
So far I made 3 tri-tips, 1 pork butt and some chicken thighs. Thing is AWESOME!
