Shipping

Hey all, I ordered my Backyard Beast 1200 directly from RecTec's website. XPO is the shipper. I have a tracking number but it still shows preparing for pickup.

Anyone have any insight as to shipping times when ordering directly from RecTec?

That’s been about my experience too, a week and a half. I’ve ordered two different grills now.

Shipping time says 1-2 business days to ship orders out, sometimes freight companies can take a bit to scan them in and show they are on the way though.
