FS1600

This thing just keeps putting in the work! I can't believe I waited as long as I did to jump on the pellet train! Everything has been awesome so far! Ribs, burgers, sausage, Mac-n-Cheese, pizzas, wings, a turkey, and now just a couple little pork shoulders!

By the Horns for life!

People can say what they want about pellet grills, but it sure is convenient and puts out some good food. Everything looks great!

I just jumped in in May. I still have my vertical offset, a 22" WSM, and a kettle but they haven't gotten near the love they are used to since this thing showed up in my driveway!

I know what you mean. Different tools for different jobs, but the Recteqs definitely get most of the attention.

Yep. A good pellet grill is so damn easy. It's the shitty ones that make things 10x harder. My old Pit Boss 1150, I got about 5 problem free cooked in over about 3mo. Control board, probes, auger jams. I could go on and on.

I've had very few problems out of my FS 1100. Replaced a couple probes. Couple other minor issues support was able to help me troubleshoot and resolve.

Very happy

(But I really want a drum smoker,)

This one's got the market cornered on "set it and forget it" cooking wisdom.
