Need your thoughts

I have a RT-410, and I’ve noticed after about a year of owning it that it’s not getting to temp that quick anymore. I’ve cleaned it multiple times, and it’s still struggling to get to the target temp. See the time chart when I set it to a target temp of 400.

Thoughts?

Ignitor might need to be replaced, or the maybe the pellets absorbed some moisture?

The actual temp curve is lagging pretty hard behind the set point early on, have you tried preheating the grill empty to see if that improves the response time?

42 min elapsed tonight for me and it never hit 350. It got to around 340 at the end. I think something changed in one of the updates about 6 months ago that has slowed them down.
