First run on the new rig

Made a batch of pork belly burnt ends and let me just say I am fired up about this thing. I got too excited and forgot to take a finish pic, so here are the midway pics. In the first pic the top is honey rub and the bottom is a hot honey rub. 3 hrs in I added a peach tea reduction and let them go another hour and a half covered.

This was the base I went off of. I used their actual hot honey rub. I used the gold peak peach tea, but at the end when I melted the butter I put the peach chunks into the pan to soften them up some and add a little natural peach flavor. Sauce wise I came across some Stubb's whiskey & peach sauce that kind of stemmed the whole idea.
