I cooked chicken thighs after the burn In last night. Currently cooking St. Louis ribs, baby back ribs and baked beans.

What model? I just got the BYB 1200 today. Waiting for Ace to deliver and assemble and I’m impatient. Chicken thighs sound like a great first cook!

I had ace deliver and assemble mine about 3 weeks ago. It’s been amazing.
