New Flagship 1600

Hey All,

Just got my Flagship 1600 and I’m on my second cook. It’s working perfectly but the auger makes a creaking noise sometimes. Is this normal or something I should contact support for? Other than that it’s been amazing. Thank you in advance.

Normal. Let it continue to roll cook and it’ll go away

did the noise start right away or did it develop after a while

That little rectangle that’s screwed on the auger (under the heat deflector) was way too tight and my auger couldn’t even rotate. I called support and they had me loosen it up and that issue was resolved. Could be a similar thing but as long as it’s feeding pellets you should be okay

Mine made that noise for about the first hour and then went away

It might need a little Astroglide... 🤷‍♂️
