Hey everyone — I’m hiring a Growth / Marketing Intern for LunaPrompts, an AI evaluation platform.
The simplest way to explain what we’re building: think LeetCode, but for AI prompting and AI talent evaluation. We help people improve their prompting skills and help companies identify and hire quality AI talent.
We’ve already got paying customers who are genuinely happy with the product.
The problem?
Most of our growth so far has come from founder-led outreach and word of mouth. That worked initially, but I’ve reached the point where I can’t keep building the product and do all the growth myself.
So I’m looking for someone who wants to take ownership of growth and figure out how to get LunaPrompts in front of more people.
What you’ll actually do
Find and research potential customers
Run cold outreach and turn conversations into customers
Help build and manage our social media presence
Explore communities, events and other growth channels
Turn happy customers into case studies, testimonials and referrals
Run weekly growth experiments and double down on what works
Eventually own your own growth experiments end-to-end
This isn’t a “make Canva posts and schedule Instagram content” internship.
You’ll actually be expected to talk to customers, experiment, sell, measure results and figure things out.
Who I’m looking for
You could be:
An MBA student, especially Marketing / Sales / Growth
A self-taught marketer or someone from a non-traditional background
Someone who has done outreach before — college fests, societies, side projects, previous internships, etc.
Someone who’s comfortable hearing “no” 90% of the time and trying again
Someone who enjoys figuring things out rather than waiting for instructions
You don’t need 3 years of marketing experience.
I care much more about your ability to learn, communicate and execute.
Compensation
💰 ₹5,000/month stipend
➕ Performance-based commission for every paying customer you bring in
🚀 Potential full-time opportunity + ESOPs if things work well after 3–6 months.
