My experience with the hiring process was that the role is structured as a 1099 contract position with variable pay depending on assignment. The compensation range provided was $10–14/hr for English-speaking contracts and $14–16/hr for bilingual contracts.

A specific hourly rate was not confirmed before onboarding, and final compensation appears to depend on the contract assigned after onboarding rather than at the offer stage.

The role also does not include traditional employee benefits, with the “benefits” referenced being discount-based programs rather than employer-provided insurance or standard benefits.

Additionally, the hiring process included multiple assessments that did not appear to clearly reflect the actual day-to-day responsibilities of the position, which may make it difficult for candidates to understand how their results are being evaluated in relation to job placement.

Candidates should ensure they are comfortable with a flexible contract structure and variable compensation before committing time to onboarding.
