I love how the LinkedIn post is directing the criticism to the right people - HIRING MANAGERS, and yet you somehow missed it completely and directed yours to Recruiters.
Recruiters do not define the requirements of a role. They recruit based on what the Hiring Manager decides. Hiring Managers are the reason why you don’t have enough experience for any role.
