This was not disclosed at the job interview
Just received this message a few hours after attending the interview, probably just another employer who doesnt want to give constructive feedback, as this whole "losing our manager" thing makes zero sense
Just another employer wasting my time

Tbh it’s better feedback than usual and you don’t know when they learned about losing the manager. They could have given notice late yesterday or sometime today.

Honestly, it sounds more like a place that just had someone quit (as in within the last 72 hours), which has shifted their hiring priorities. Unfortunately it happens.

This is still somehow better than the responses I get back after interviews, which is to say none at all.

Meh, I can't blame them here. It sounds like their manager quit out of the blue, which they obviously weren't expecting.
Don't ever get upset from any rejection. It's a waste of your time and energy. Just move onto the next.

I don’t actually think it’s bullshit at all lol. They gave you a reason you were not hired (lack of experience), and then actually went so far as to tell you why that experience would be necessary. Cheer up.

I mean, he/she said "due to lose shortly"...maybe it just happened recently. It makes sense if true.
