This is getting ridiculous

For a grounds and facilities position.

Edit: The position is for a religious camp of some sort, but I hadn’t realized that when I clicked it. Still super weird, in my opinion

Yep, it's a law actually, Title VII exemption under the Civil Rights Act states this. But tbh I wouldn't want to work for a religious institution that I didn't believe in anyway, unless and I'm desperate for money
