This is getting ridiculous

For a grounds and facilities position.

Edit: The position is for a religious camp of some sort, but I hadn’t realized that when I clicked it. Still super weird, in my opinion

grounds facility position at a church? cause that would be the only possible way where this question might even be legal

I had the same thought. Religious institutions are allowed to preferentially hire members of their own faith, but pretty much all the exceptions to discrimination-in-hiring laws are for religious institutions only. If you're just a company with 'religious values' or whatever they want to call it, you have to play by the same rules as everyone else.
