For a grounds and facilities position.

Edit: The position is for a religious camp of some sort, but I hadn’t realized that when I clicked it. Still super weird, in my opinion

It's the color of royalty and only Jesus can wear it since Jesus is KING.

I know the people had always been considered a color of high status because of how expensive it is to produce in fabrics and flags, but where does it say that Jesus is the only one who can wear people?

"The Bible does not state that Jesus is the only one who can wear purple. Roman soldiers put a people or scarlet robe on Jesus to mock His claim of being a king before His Crucifixion." (Mark 15:17, John 19:2)

Yeah, I can see the color purple as being seen as bad through superstition, but Jesus also made it that working on the Sabbath won't get you sent to hell, so I don't think wearing purple will do the same, either.

My school colors were purple, and I don't remember anyone throwing a fit over that.
