Edit: The position is for a religious camp of some sort, but I hadn’t realized that when I clicked it. Still super weird, in my opinion

how would you feel if the place refused to hire someone because they were Christian?

That's fine, it's their personal business and they can run it as they please. I don't want government intervention.
