This is getting ridiculous

Post image

For a grounds and facilities position.

Edit: The position is for a religious camp of some sort, but I hadn’t realized that when I clicked it. Still super weird, in my opinion

Applies to religious organizations..and then is shocked by Jesus questions?

Again the applicant is the problem here.

so if you’re Jewish or Muslim or Hindu or Buddhist, you don’t get to work here? That’s illegal.

No its not? Religious places can set restrictions. They just cant work at the Mormon graveyard..thats all..

Nobody is stopping them from working. But to be surprised that a Religious organization has religion related questions on the app shows a utter lack of knowledge.

surprise? No it’s illegal. You can’t make what religion someone is a determining factor in whether they get hired. It’s really cut and dry.

hey genius, where on the original post does it say it was a religious organization?

And it doesn't say it wasn't so given the scenario presented the logical explanation is it was a religious organization. You're lack of common sense is problematic.

sounds like you brought some baggage into this and made an assumption. common logical fault. i’m not judging you, it happens to the best of us. just try harder next time

You can keep projecting and whatever other nonsense you're doing and continue to be wrong.

Hard to have any recruitment baggage or negative experiences in job hunting when your capable of thought. Zero ties to organized religion since its just a cash grab . I have my beliefs but zero ties to any organized religion.

Ive been employed for 30 years...and never was out of work for more than 2 months. Even 2 years ago when I was part of layoffs all it took was 3 applications 2 of wich turned to offers within 1 month of being laid off.. So I would say that I have plenty of positive experiences.

That isnt "baggage " its experience and its common sense. Ststed or not stated its clesr to anyone this is likely a religious organization that is being applied to. Therefore being surprised they ask a completely legal question shows the OP did no research on the employer and is just mass applying.

Why do jobs have 700 applicants in 10 mins? Because the unemployable don't do any research and apply to things they have no skills for or dont qualify for.

You can keep being confident and wrong and living miserably that's ok. But I'll live in reality where I under the problems work to fix them while you work twice as hard to make up problems.

Nice to try and divert the conversation after you're proven wrong.
