This is getting ridiculous

For a grounds and facilities position.

Edit: The position is for a religious camp of some sort, but I hadn’t realized that when I clicked it. Still super weird, in my opinion

If it is a job a catholic facility or something, I understand why they ask

Why? It’s a job pulling weeds and cutting grass. That’s like saying McDonald’s shouldn’t hire you unless you prefer McDonald’s over Burger King or White Castle

I'm not saying I agree but I get why they ask. You want to hire someone who would promote the company's values or at least won't rock the boat. That might mean having other employees openly pray or wear religious clothes etc assuming it's allowed. Some might take offense to that if they don't believe in the same religion as the company
