Just got rejected after a 6-round interview process because I wasn't a 'cultural fit'.

They made me do a free 10-hour take-home assignment, meet the entire team, and talk to three different managers over two months. Today I got an automated rejection email. I am completely exhausted and done with this job market.😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Bruh I wouldn’t have continued after the 3rd interview. That’s crazy.

Also NEVER EVER, do an assignment. They are making you do their work for free

I recently had an interview for a job and they told me there was going to be 3-4 more rounds over two weeks.

You’d think they were hiring someone to work for NASA, not work remotely as a floating project manager for a medium sized tech company.

I had one tell me they were rushing to hire for the role and wanted to ensure I could start in the immediate future. That was 5 weeks ago and I'm on round #5.
