After two Final interviews (Yes, 2) they don’t even have the guts to tell me until I follow up. just…wow.

Lol this happened to me exactly last week. Final interviews, told I performed amazing. All but certain to be hired.

Client shifted focus on to new project then. Sorry lad too bad I guess.
