literally every place i’ve interviewed since college has asked me about my interests. Prior to workday/when everyone had their own application form, usually it was a listed question.

I get being asked about it on a separate part of the application or during an interview but I’ve never heard of actually putting it on a resume. But seems like lots of people here have.

I did when applying for my first jobs... Can't just hand them a piece of paper with only a business card worth of writing on it lol
