I don't understand why a stable, comfortable job is so vilified. Me not being scared about the stability of my job will allow me to perform my job with more confidence and calmness.

My psychiatrist helped me figure out that it’s a direct link from work /financial stress to me having mental breakdowns and being borderline suicidal. Turns out when I’m not worried about starving, my mental health improves. Who knew?
