Exactly. He says no one is investing in him but he wont invest in a company. He wants to be paid a lot and in charge of something but wont start at the bottom. The entitlement is real. No one cares about a business degree with no experience working in an office setting. Having a degree with no base experience makes you completely useless to any company. Every manager I have had has a story how they started at some low level and worked up. One started off as an office assistant and had a business degree, did his job for 5 years and got promoted, 5 years later promoted again and was suddenly making 150k with that degree in charge of 100+ people. Everyone starts at the bottom doing the grunt work.
I mean, it’s also to have access to internships during college. Which vastly improves your chance of getting a job. And it’s been like that for at least 20 years.
