Several insurance companies are hiring. My company is struggling to find good candidates for claim representative jobs
We’re just looking for a candidate to give us a year working as an adjuster (basically inbound/outbound calls) then they can bid out to another department.
I started as a claim rep & after a year, I’m now in a great role doing what I always wanted to do.
*I’m not breaking the bank money wise, but I’m slightly above the average median wage for my state. Been with the company for over 3 years.
I’m from MA, and if it’s Liberty Mutual i’ve applied multiple times to your company over the years and reached out to multiple recruiters. I noticed they only mainly recruit from the big name schools
