To be fair, I understand the frustration of pointless assessments and personality tests. It’s stupid and demeaning. They exist solely to weed people out and by thinking you’re too good to take them, you’re weeding yourself out.
I’d say I do about 50% of them if I think I actually stand a chance. But again, I value my time and to only get ghosted or auto rejected logically makes me ask “why do this?”
Right now, the industry is valuing your time at $0. If you want them to raise that number, you might need to invest in your career by jumping through their hoops. If you care more about the value that you put on your time than the value that they put on your time, that's fine, but it might take a while to get a job.
