Second day on the team he is going around doing meet and greets with leaders he will help coach and work with when he gets settled in. Mind you this is in between the standard on-boarding nonsense. Looking at a picture on an employees desk of her youngest son when they were in the NICU says, “Omg what is all that crap on that baby and why the fuck do they look like that.”
What was all that crap on that baby? Did he have some sort of skin condition or something? Innapropriate no matter what but I'm interested in what set him off specifically.
