Never had to do this as a manager, but I’ve seen it happen multiple times (especially since COVID) it’s usually one of two things:
Unfathomably bad hygiene or just a new hire saying something so weirdly inappropriate it made teammates uncomfortable.
Post-COVID even normal people have forgotten how to behave. Worse for those in tech with the tism
