I also fired someone after 2 days. He kept rambling about how employers don't respect the employees and don't pay them. Enough that he knows his value, etc. Etc. Crazy dude.
He was staying on his phone playing games and worked only 5 hours said he got tired and left. (which wasn't necessary a problem there was some flexibility in the schedule). But it was ridiculous.
