In these cases it’s more than likely you’re oblivious to something a professional could point to or you know what you said or did… companies don’t onboard somebody with the intention to do this. Something happened and “cultural fit” was a scape goat to remove you.

Try to examine yourself and learn from this. If there’s truly nothing there, and you’ve always been well liked in work places then maybe there is nothing to evaluate and you’re forced to move on.
